We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff/students were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a desk, TV, and comfortable seating. The bathroom had great water pressure and was impeccably clean. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a beautiful park and a tram station that provided easy access to all the city attractions. The 13 tram, which takes you directly into the city center, was very close by. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious.
Nothing, all was good.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are affordable, especially considering the level of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive. From the rooms with two beds to the beautiful pictures displayed in the bedrooms, everything is thoughtfully arranged. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is outstanding. With great fresh orange juice and a variety of options available, it's a great way to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and the service is attentive. the hotel is situated next to a big park, providing a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling city center.
One small inconvenience is that the door is locked early in the evening, requiring guests to buzz themselves in. Although it is understandable for security reasons, it can make guests feel a bit uncomfortable at times.

One of the best things about this hotel is the value for money. The price is reasonable, especially considering the spacious and clean rooms. I stayed in a room with a concept modeled after a well-known hotel chain, and it felt luxurious and comfortable. the staff, who are students studying hospitality, provided really good service. They were friendly, helpful, and were really good too ensure a pleasant stay. The warm welcome and the handwritten letter from David, the student who assisted me during check-in and check-out, made me feel special. it was a nice experience at a budget-friendly hotel.
The only downside to this hotel is its location, a bit far from the city center. If you're planning on staying out late and partying, you might find it inconvenient to travel back to the hotel.
